The quiet location near the forest with a gorgeous mountain backdrop is simply ideal for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. Our little guests have a great time and lots of fun in our children’s paradise Ramsau am Dachstein close to Schladming-Dachstein.

The winter walking paths as well as the cross-country trails run very close to our house. To get to the downhill slopes of the ski area Ski amadé with its interlinked four ski resorts Planai, Hochwurzen, Hauser Kaibling, and Reiteralm, it only takes a 10 minutes’ drive. The stop of the free of charge ski bus can be reached within five minutes by foot.

There are double, triple, and family rooms with country flair as well as 3 fully equipped holiday flats for 2 - 4 persons available which can all be booked with organic buffet breakfast or organic half board. The spacious rooms, featuring bright, solid-wood furniture as well as a private bathroom, WC, balcony, safe, and cable/SAT TV, will make your holiday a unique experience. 2 rooms are particularly allergy friendly thanks to wooden floors and special mattresses. Being members of the Ramsau “Bioniere”, we set high value on an organic lifestyle and would like to pass it on to our guests. A conscious use of food and of natural resources from our region are very important to us. We exclusively use organic products in our kitchen!

Spend sunny moments on the balcony and enjoy the fantastic view to the Dachstein mountains and the Schladming Tauern or simply unwind in our comfortable well-being area. Enjoy the pleasant heat in the Finnish sauna or recharge your batteries in the steam bath and in the infrared cabin. Have a rest enjoying the cosy atmosphere of the relaxation room.

In summer, while spending relaxing hours in our large sunbathing area with a covered swimming pool, or in our lounge “Kaminstube”, your children are having fun on the great playground with rabbits, cats, swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit, and much more. Furthermore, there is a playroom with many toys and games, a sport and table tennis room, and at our neighbour farm, kids have the possibility to go for pony and donkey rides.

During the summer months, our guests can take advantage of the Schladming-Dachstein-Summer Card. Many leisure activities are available for free or at a reduced rate such as cable cars, toll roads, buses, guided hikes, children’s activities, and much more!

Whatever the season, spend your holidays on our family-run farm - no matter if you come alone, with a friend or with all the family! Our farm nestles in a sunny and peaceful location near the woods, far from busy roads. Tennis courts, a golf course, horseback riding and swimming facilities as well as the Bad Waltersdorf and Blumau spas are within easy reach. The nearby Steinbach brook features freshwater crabs, and the beautiful forest makes a splendid environment for exciting hiking tours. If you are still full of energy after an active day out, you are welcome to help us feed the animals and let the day come to an end with a typical farmer's snack, a glass of cider or schnapps, and live music. Our house is situated in the midst of picturesque Leutasch. Its location is probably the best part, since in winter you can hop from the doorstep onto the XC-lane and in summer you can see nothing but fields, mountains and some deer every now and again. We are only minutes away from everything you need for an active but also relaxing holiday.

The studio apartment is situated on the lower floor of our small house, in which we live ourselves with our little family. We are therefore always around and can help out with advice and answers to questions about your holiday or the region. Despite it being located on the lower floor, the apartment is filled with light and very cosy. The other big advantage is that people cannot look into the appartment in winter although the winter hiking path and also XC-track run very closely by the house.  

Start your XC-skiing or winter hiking form the our parking lot just outside your private entrance door. 

In summer you can enjoy the sunny and large private terrace which belongs to the studio apartment only.

Our ecologically build woodhouse "Berg und Fluss" (mountain and river) is only 30 meters away from the river Mur, 500 meters (5-10min by walk) from the Kreischberg gondola and 2,5 km away from the Golf course. If you´re looking for quiet and cosiness combined with a modern design you will feel like home.

The house offers 100 feel-well-sqm on three levels, 2 bathrooms and enough space for up to 8 people. WiFi connection in our wooden house is extraordinary (:-)

Ground flloor:entry area with storage and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen (we love to cook...), dining area and living room with corner couch, TV with google stick for netflix etc., stereo system and...fireplace stove. Access to both terraces. 

1st flloor: two double-bedrooms, bathroom with bathtube

2nd floor / top fllor: 3 up to max. 6 beds. It´s more like a bed camp if you use 4 up to 6 beds (our kids love it...). Additional TV and small fritch (if needed). 

In the hut outside skiers and bycycles can be storaged. Wood for the fireplace and barbecue is stored. Two bycicles are provided, which are ok for a little tour along the river. Uphill mountain bikes or e bikes should be rent at Suli´s shop. 

Two parking spots are provided directly in front of the house.                         

Stay in comfortably furnished rooms and after a relaxing night, you can look forward to an extensive breakfast. Tyrolean specialties are served in the Gasthof with sun terrace. The chef himself cooks here. After an eventful day, the fine wellness oasis awaits with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and heated bench. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available.

Our new renovated farmhouse offers comfortable rooms with private bathroom, balcony and sat-tV. Rich breakfast buffet. We are situated in a sunny place, only about 10 minutes walk from the centre Ramsau-Ort. Pony-riding for free. In winter we run a small restaurant in our farmhouse with traditional Austrian specialities.

Set in Villach and only 8.6 km from Fortress Landskron, AB Apartment Moderne Zweizimmerwohnung offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.
