Our house is located near by the lake directly on the side of a forest. Many hiking and mountainbike trails start directly at our house. The Alpe-Adria-Trial also passes by the house. We offer a variety of leasure time opportunities, a large garden to relax outside, a playground for children, as well as a bar who serves little dishes and cocktails and where you also can watch Sky Sports on a big screen. In the basement is a garage where you can leave your skies in the winter or your bike in the summer. Tools are also available for small repairs.
