My cottage is surrounded by meadows with young cows as well as several farms (one horse farm). There are meadows around the house, we have a playground and pets. Guests are allowed to bring along their own cats and dogs. My cottage is situated on the edge of the National parc Kalkalpen. Its an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. Within walking distance there is a restaurant as well as the top terminal of the Wurbauerkogel lift. If you want to go shopping, just take the lift (only in summer). In winter the road up the hill is well-prepared. Close to the farm children can sleigh or try to ski.
