Spend the most beautiful time of the year in our newly built apartment for 2-4 people on the sunny side of the valley and leave every-day stress behind. From our apartment you can comfortably reach a variety of recreational activities in Stumm on foot. Especially popular among families is Badewelt Stumm with a playground for kids, lake, beach volleyball court, football pitch and many other attractions. The nearby mini golf course offers a varied leisure programme for the whole family as well. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area by car and the nearest supermarket in just 2 minutes away. Our modern and newly built apartment comes with a separate entrance and is equipped with high quality wooden flooring, offering plenty of space to feel at home during your holiday. The cosy apartment is lovingly furnished with modern wood furniture and held in Landhaus style. The new and fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. A large closet in the bedroom, satellite TV, a spacious mirror closet in the bathroom with drawers for all your toiletries and a towel dryer ensure your convenience. A heated storage room with a boot dryer for your ski and snowboard equipment and free Wi-Fi are, of course, also available. Spend a warm summer evening on the terrace with unblocked views of the Zillertal and the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area or enjoy a delicious dinner together with family or friends there. Our large garden offers plenty of space for children to go wild and build snowmen. Your kids can also go sledding on small hill right outside our apartment that you see directly from your living room. In summer the Matthias apartment is the perfect starting point for hiking with the whole family as well as for setting out to leisurely or challenging cycling or climbing tours through the picturesque mountain scenery of the Zillertal. With the Zillertal Active Card you can even use the valley’s 11 cable cars, swimming pools as well as the Spieljochbahn that takes you to interesting destinations. In winter, the Zillertal offers pistes for all demands and across all skill levels with its top skiing resort Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena. The Spieljoch ski area is considered particularly family-friendly ensuring that your children will have great fun on the slopes.
