Our Toscana guesthouse is situated in a quiet and sunny location in Milders, just 1 km away from the centre of Neustift in the Stubaital that can be comfortably reached walking along the Gesundheitsweg or the Uferweg. Our beautiful alpine city of Innsbruck is only a 20-minute drive away. Our Toscana guesthouse is an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing trips to the popular hiking areas of Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000 and the Elferlifte resort. Alternatively you can take the free ski bus which stops only 1 minute away. The Gesundheitssee, restaurants, sports shops and a ski and bike rental can be reached within 5 minutes. A heated ski room with boot dryer and free wireless internet access are available at our Toscana guesthouse as well. After an eventful day, you can relax and recharge your batteries in our infrared cabin. In the dance room with PA system and sports equipment you and your kids can really go wild. Our 3 renovated apartments in elegant and sunny location offer a wonderful view of the Stubai Mountains and are directly situated next to a cross-country skiing and the romantic hiking and cycle trail. Every apartment at the Toscana offers a sunny balcony with beautiful views of the Stubai Alps, ideal for a summer breakfast or having dinner outdoors. The cosy and bright rooms as well as the modern and fully equipped kitchens with inviting dining area enable you to cook together and relax. On request, we will have fresh rolls delivered to your apartment every morning and we are happy to provide a high chair and a cot for your children. Relax on the lawn in our garden or organize social barbecues together with the whole family in summer. On our trampoline and the playground that is just 2 minutes away your children can play to their heart's content. In summer we offer free fishing tours to our guests. Right outside our Toscana guesthouse you can access the illuminated and beautifully groomed cross-country trail even at night. The Elferlifte resort is only 2 km away from our Toscana guesthouse. Here you can enjoy hiking in summer and the breath-taking views of the Stubaital. In winter you will appreciate the challenging skiing slopes and experience Tyrol’s longest sled runs. Experience romantic winter walks in the snow-decked scenery of the Stubaital. The skating rink at Neustift centre invites your children to ice skate and adults to spend a curling night.
