The Tauplitz ski resort lies 7.4 km away, while the thermal spa of Grimming Therme 2,5 km, where our guests receive a 5% discount off the admission fee. From the modern, fully furnished apartment with lift access, 4 guests can comfortably enjoy the unparalleled view of the surrounding mountains and picturesque Bad Mitterndorf. The sheltered balcony equipped with garden furniture runs along the bed- and living rooms and is absolutely suitable for sunbathing. The bedroom has a separate entrance but is also directly connected to the living room. These south-facing rooms are supplied with remote control shutters. The living room is outfitted with a dining corner, a sofa bed and a flat-screen television with numerous satellite channels, which all help you relax. In the screened bathtub you can also conveniently take a shower. The fully-equipped kitchen hosts a washing machine as well. Our guests are provided with free unlimited wi-fi access.
For me, who wasn t born here, this place is an ideal spot for chilling out and relaxation. The breath-taking panoramic view from the apartment has always mesmerised me. This large valley full of fresh air and surrounded with high mountains is where I can always strike the right balance between rest and exercise, regardless of the weather, as I love skiing, jogging, cycling, Nordic walking and swimming at all times. A nice meal after doing some exercise is a pleasure: discovering various cuisines ranging from local foods to fine dining. After these culinary treats, taking a little stroll in the atmospheric narrow alleyways fills me with amazement for the local architectural solutions. I can unwind either by sunbathing on the balcony or by making use of the sauna in one of spas or hotels. I sometimes pass time by watching TV too. If I feel like taking a trip, I can easily get to Bad Ischl, Hallstatt, Dachstein, Schladming or most of the Salzkammergut lakes within an hour, which are all homes to remarkable sights. A lifetime is not enough to discover all attractions in the region, but they are all on my bucket list.
