**A newly built house (2014) with two holiday apartments** A ground floor apartment with a large terrace and a first floor apartment with a balcony, both of which offer views of the Hohe Salve and the village of Niederau. The garden area can be used by both apartments. Our sauna in the garden, which has a wonderful unobstructed view of the landscape, can be used to end a relaxing day. Bed linen, towels, table and kitchen linen are available. On request, a baby bed and high chair can also be provided. Parking spaces are available. /Location:/ Close to the center. Cross-country track is directly in front of the house. The supermarket can be reached in approx. 7 minutes on foot. - The bus stop can be reached in approx. 3 minutes on foot. - The Markbachjochbahn can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. **Prepayment for bank transfer** A 20% deposit is requested 3 months prior to arrival.
