Sonnenau apartments - the experience farm on the edge of Zell am Ziller is more than just an ideal starting point for the most varied of winter activities. Spend some unforgettable time in the new-built house with comfortable holiday homes and suites – modern comfort meets with traditional comfortableness. Directly close by is our farmhouse where we manufacture ham, bread and/or Schnapps as well.
In summer our farm ensures loads of fun for large and small – play area with trampoline, swings, tree house with undulating slide, table-tennis, children’s pool, badminton and petting zoo with small animals. Surrounded so far by nothing but green meadow and a breathtaking mountain setting – it is the ideal place with the feel-good factor.
But also outside the farm the diversified Zillertal has all kinds of things to offer; about 100 km of walking routes, nine fixed rope routes and over 800 km in bicycle routes. A special highlight is the Arena-Coater, the 1,450 metre long summer toboggan run with several waves and steep curves is a special experience every time.
