Haus Loreen is located in Niederthai, nestling high above Umhausen at 1550 meters altitude - it is known as Ötztal's sunny balcony. In a very quiet, panoramic, idyllic and secluded setting! In summer you can choose from myriad walking and hiking trails on your doorstep. The Stuiben Falls - Tirol's biggest waterfall - are only 1 km away. In winter the Nordic skiing track runs past our house and you receive the ultimate Niederthai Card including all snow sport activities. Niederthai makes a perfect ski area for beginners and families, a ski school and equipment rental station are on the spot. The valley's major ski areas like Sölden and Obergurgl are about 20 km away.
