Our house is located in a walking distance to the recently built 18-hole golf course which will gladden the heart of any golfer. But there's also plenty of other activities to choose from. In the sommer it is the ideal starting point for leisure activities like hiking, climbing, biking, swimming and many more. Whereas in the winter you will find yourself in the mekka of alpine skiing. The skiing resorts of Hochfügen and Spieljoch are located in close vicinity and hence reachable within some minutes. For all those who want to take it a bit easier our house will be the ideal starting point for romantic winter walks in a snowy winter wonderland.
