Our apartment is about 110 qm big and consists of 3 bedrooms (for a maximum of 8 people) all with wash basin and big flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room and kitchen in one (well equipped and also with flat screen TV), 2 balcony and a ski room with boot dryer.
The house in which the apartment is located is in a quiet location near the idyllic village Ginzling and is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - from simple strolls to real summit storms is something for everyone.
But you can also enjoy the beautiful view from one of the balconies on our pastures and the imposing mountains and just relax. Finish a nice ski, cycling or hiking day in the kitchen at a social gathering.
There is also a ski room with boot dryer, table tennis and a large playground with swings, a large trampoline as well as a playhouse with slide. Towels, toiletpaper and linen are in the apartment.
In Mayrhofen (just 15 minutes with the car) are shops, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf, bowling alley, cinema and much more. The stop of the free ski bus to Mayrhofen is located only 30 meters away from the property - so you can enjoy the fun on the slopes in the largest ski area in the Zillertal.
