Our friendly apartmenhaus is run by the familiy Kristan and it lies in stunning, sunny scenery on the edge of the wood and only 80 metres from the promenade. To our private beach it is just a three minutes walk. We do offer apartments of 5 different categories an sizes for 2 - 6 persons: Small apartments with only one room, or apartments with one living room and one ore two bedrooms. Every apartment does have a balcony or terrace, cooking facilities, crockery, fridge, coffee-maker, linen, towels, satellite TV, shower, WC, and a parking space. The apartments face either north or south. Free WLAN Internet access in the house. In the house we do have a bread delivery service. Fresh bread will be delivered every day till 8 o`clock in the morning to your apartment. Our guests may use the sauna, do their work-out in the fitnessroom or have breakfast in our Bed & Breakfast House. The beach has 1000 square metres of lawns and a 60 metre long landing stage. The beach is for the exclusive use of our guests and well known as one of the most beautiful beaches at the lake. Every apartment does have its own cabine, where you can leave your swimming gear. There are changing rooms, WC, deck-chairs for hire and a beach Hut with facilities to leave and store surfboards, boats etc. 2010 we have rebuilt our landing stage. The superb water quality of the Klopeiner See is reflected in the beautiful water lilies that grow close to our shore. The Klopeiner See ist the warmest lake in Austria with water temperatures up to 28 degrees Celsius with drinking water quality.
