Our house is located close to the ski slope and the village centre (restaurants, shops, doctor, ski rental all in the immediate vicinity).very central location.

Only 10 minutes on foot from the centre of the village, in a quiet, sunny location in the middle of the Swiss stone pine forest, our small family business nestles in the magnificent alpine landscape. Close to the Grünsee lake, our guests enjoy a fantastic panoramic view to the south.

A cross-country trail entrance and winter hiking trails are opposite from our house.

The family ski resort Kötschach-Mauthen is recommended for families with small children. Ski and drying room is in the house. With us you will get discounted multi-day ski passes for the Nassfeld ski area. In Kötschach-Mauthen you will find shops, toboggan run, wonderful winter hiking trails, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as the "Aquarena" an indoor pool with spa.
