In a wonderfully quiet place, with a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains is the detached house Obermoser. The apartment covers the entire 1st floor and is well maintained and is completed. The big plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. So everyone enjoys enough privacy. Two of the three bedrooms have access to the large balcony on the south side from where you have a breathtaking view over Wagrain. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2007 and has all possible installation equipment. The farm, located 100 meters from the house, is a wonderful environment for children. At the same time, hiking trails start right outside the door. Around the house there is a communal garden with garden furniture.

Also allergic people will love staying in house 14, because no carpets and rugs offer a house dust free zone. Due to open wood walls and furniture, smoking is not allowed in any ferienpark house, unfortunately.

Our house is in the best sunny hillside location. We are central but still quiet in a cul-de-sac. The hiking trail starts right at the house. It is about a 3-minute walk to the Heuberg lift, as well as to the bakery or the bus stop. Restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity.
