All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Thanks to this location, the house is an ideal starting point for all activities in every season. In the immediate vicinity are the bike path, golf course, tennis courts and a public swimming pool. All mountain railways hiking and ski resorts can be easily reached by car or by bus in a few minutes (-10). 

In our house we have very spacious leisure room (65m²) with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts - all free disposal. 

During the summer month you can perfectly relax among fruit trees or on our well spaced balconies and terraces. For our little guest we have a sandbox, swings, a trampoline and a nice, big greenfield.
